The Sophie House Collaborate to Eradicate 5K supported by Mount Vernon Baptist

Collaborate with us to help Eradicate Breast Cancer on October 4, 2014 for the second annual Sophie House Collaborate to Eradicate 5K!  Race starts at 8am.  Festivities from 8:00 am-10:00 am.  Awards for top finishers!  PINK OUT Award for the person most decorated in PINK!  And new for this year – Group/Team awards, to include an award to the group/team with the highest number of participants!

As mentioned above, we are encouraging people to form Group/Teams this year!  If you want to register as part of a group/team, you will be prompted to do so during online sign up.  Email me at crystal@thesophiehouse.org if your group/team is not listed and I will set it up quickly!

This year’s race will be CHIP TIMED!  Race timing provided by Commonwealth Timing & Race Management LLC. 

Register before Friday, September 12 to be guaranteed an AWESOME race shirt!

Online registration ends Thursday, October 2 at 11:59pm.  Onsite registration is available during packet pickup from 4pm-7pm on October 2 and 3 at Mount Vernon Baptist Church, as well as race day from 6:30-7:15am.

Packet pickup will occur on both Thursday and Friday (October 2 and 3) from 4pm-7pm at Mount Vernon Baptist Church.

Race proceeds will benefit the Ellen Shaw de Paredes Foundation (www.paredesfoundation.org), The Sophie House (www.thesophiehouse.org), and The Deep Run Marathon Dance.  A special thanks to Mount Vernon Baptist Church for their support!
