Description

Join us at the beautiful Kelly's Ford Inn for cross country racing on this beautiful venue. The course is a 2Km loop that is about 50% close cut grass and 50% smooth farm road and horse trail. It is generally flat, with undulations around the start finish area. It parallels the Rappahannock River for 1/2 mile or so.

Women will race 3 laps for 6Km and men will race 4 laps for 8Km (like college cross country). There will be two competitions: Individual (age/sex groups) and in teams by county (split by wide age groups).  Runners must declare which county they will run for (see the drop down list, below). The male and female races will each be scored by ordinary cross country rules; top 5 score and top 7 displace, low score wins.

NOTE: KIDS 17 and under Race for $10!
