Saturday April 14 “Basics of Coaching and Training”
8AM – 5PM Seminars
Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages provided
Sunday, April 15 “Techniques of Training”
8AM – 5PM Seminars and Group Exercises
Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages provided
Participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle for refilling throughout the day as needed. If you have special dietary needs or food allergies, please bring your own food to meet your needs as we are not in a position to accomodate all dietary restrictions. Participants should also bring a pen or pencil for note taking during the course.
