Spring Newbie Bike Clinic Led by Jachin-Boaz Tri, Ed Boyle

Calling all Bike Newbies and those Needing a Refresher!

Join us on March 9, 2-3:30 pm at Kindred Spirit (back lot) located off West Creek Parkway as our sponsor Ed Boyle of Jachin-Boaz Tri Training will be leading a clinic for a Newbie Tri bike course. Plan to spend approximately 90 minutes learning more about the basics of cycling in triathlon. There will be 3 seasoned triathletes assisting Ed in the various break out groups.

This session will cover:

• Group riding etiquette and rules
• Bike gearing and shifting 
• Transition set up 
• Bike set up 
• Bike mounting in T2 
• Bike dismounting in T2 

Once these topics are covered, the group will ride two circuits at West Creek Parkway in a group and practice proper bike etiquette, calling signals and drafting.

Parking is at the back of the building (please DO NOT park in front!).  Look for our flag.

Afterwards, join us at Kindred Spirits for a beverage and also to do some RTC gear shopping!
