Flying Mile
One Mile on the Roanoke River Greenway
Flat and Fast
Course will start behind the Old Piggly Wiggly on the Roanoke River Greenway and finish under the Bennington Street. All runners will get a pair of running socks from the sock guy.
Awards for the Top 3 Male/Female
Age Division Awards to Top 3 Male/Female
13 and Under 14-17 18-22 23-29 30-34 35-39 40-44 45-49 50-54 55-59 60-64 65-69 70 and over
Runners will race in heats of 15-30 depending on participation.
