Toano Icy 8k, Frosty 5k, and 1 Mile Fun Run

                                                           9:30 AM              1 Mile Fun Run/Walk
                                                           10:00 AM             8K Run/Walk & 5K Run/Walk
                                                           Post Race            Refreshments, Awards (11:30am)

Awards:    Finisher Medals for all participants of the 5k and 8k, 

                 8K Run and Walk: Medals for top three overall men and women in the run, and medals for top three in age                           groups (from 19-under, through 70- over) and top three men and women in walk division.

                 5K: Medals for top three overall men and women, and medals for top three men and women in age groups                           14- under, 15- over

COURSE:  An all paved 8k course starting and finishing at Toano Middle School, left on Richmond Road, left on Church Lane, turn around at  Little Creek Rd.  The 1 Mile Fun Run is a 2 lap loop on the Toano Middle School dedicated gravel running path.
