SJA Run Like A Pirate Virtual Challenge 15.81 Miles, 36.37 Miles, or 65.82 Miles

This adventure is open to absolutely anyone!  Participants have from September 25, 2020 to November 6, 2020 to run or walk to the equivalent destination where “X” marks the spot as he or she chooses from the options below.  Everyone is to practice social distancing and no one is encouraged to run together or as a group.  Distance can be run/walk in any increments throughout the six week period and can be traveled at any location.  All distance run/walked is easily logged onto RunSignUp.com after it is completed and instructions for logging miles will be sent to participants as they register.  Every participant receives a dry-tech shirt and finishers receive a pirate medal.  All profit from the challenge will be donated to the Star of The Sea Food Bank.  

Option 1:   SJA to First Landing State Park:   15.81 miles (approximately 2.63 miles per week)
Option 2:  SJA to Chesapeake Bay:   36.37 miles (approximately 6 miles per week)
Option 3:  SJA to James River: 65.82 miles (approximately 11 miles per week)
