Gobble Gobble Run or Wobble 5K

Please join us for the 12th annual  5-K Gobble, Gobble, Run or Wobble benefiting preschool children of at-risk families in Fauquier County. By joining us you help ensure that children in the county have access to all of the opportunities necessary to be ready for kindergarten and to succeed in school and in the workforce. This is an event for the whole family to run or wobble! Come join the fun and support Learning Starts Early!

Packet pickup: 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 20, or from 6:45 to 7:30 a.m. on Race Day, Saturday, Nov. 21, at the entrance to St. James Episcopal School. Look for the school entrance from the main parking lot on Third Street.

Race start  - Green Gallop 5k and the Orange Strut 2.6k: 8 a.m., in front of the Court House on Main Street.

Kids Dash - Starts in front of the Courthouse at 8:45 a.m. Awards will be given after the Kids Dash at St. James Episcopal School parking lot on Third Street. 

Walkers - Walkers are welcome. For any walkers who feel they might not be able to complete the 5k course in an hour, a 1.67 miles optional course, the Orange Strut, is offered. (The Orange Strut is not a race; it's just a more relaxed way to participate and support Learning Starts Early.) Please note that everyone must be off the courses by 9 a.m., so walkers should consider that timing when choosing a route.
