Pennies for the Playground 5K

The second annual Pennies for the Playground 5K at Chester Andover Elementary School will be a fun event for the whole family to enjoy.  Proceeds from this event will go toward building a new playground for the school and to benefit the Girls on the Run program.

The 5K will start at the school and go around "the loop" - through the Depot, around the Stone Village, up and over the Church Street hill, and back on Main Street to the school.  All ages and abilities are welcome to run or walk the 3.1 mile course.  The Kids Fun Run will be a quick loop around the school open to kids 12 and under.  The Fun Run starts at 8:45AM and the main event will begin at 9:00AM sharp.  Costumes are encouraged for both events!  If you have kids or are a community member, join us for the FREE Harvest Supper and Trunk or Treat festivities beginning at 4PM at CAES.

The 5K is unofficially measured and timed

T-shirts will be available for purchase the day of the race while supplies last.
