36th Annual Ripton Ridge Run

The Friends of the Ripton School invite runners and walkers of all levels to participate in this year's in-person and virtual Ripton Ridge Run!  The in-person race includes a 5K run, a 10.4K run, and a non-competitive 5K Fun Walk. There is also a short, non-competitive event for young children. In-person events start and finish at the Ripton Elementary School. The race courses traverse roads in Ripton and the Green Mountain National Forest and include water stops.  The virtual event can be completed wherever you are.

REGISTRATION:  On-line registration is open Tuesday August 14 through Friday October 6. The registration fee (including a Tshirt) is $35 for adults, $20 for seniors and children 15 and under.  If you don't want  a Tshirt $5.00 will be subtracted from the fee.  Prices increase for registrations received after October 6th. A credit card transaction charge will be added to on-line registrations fee.  Multiple registrations are possible with a single transaction and the transaction fee will adjust.   *Please note that age-based pricing will be reflected on the check-out page!

Race day registration is available between 11 and 12.  Races start at 12:30.

COURSE: In-person courses start and end at the Ripton Elementary School on the Ripton-Lincoln Road, traversing roads in Ripton with water stops. The 10.4K course will be clockwise this year. 

LOCATION/TIME: Races start at the Ripton Elementary School at 12:30 pm.  Please stay flexible as COVID-19 conditions are ever changing.  We'll keep our website updated for any race-day requirements so check for the latest information.
