Description

Join us for our first annual Howl-oween 5k Run/Walk to benefit Wet Noses Foster Paws, a Gig Harbor 501 c3 dog rescue. 

This family friendly run/walk will be held the morning of October 30th, 2021 and will include a 5k Run and a 5k Walk and we welcome families and pups to be part of the fun. We will hold a pup costume contest and encourage their humans to participate as well. This event will take place starting at the Cushman trail head on 14th Ave NW (Reid Rd) and will be an out and back course. 

Pricing:
Adults: includes a race shirt
  • $40 until 10/15
  • $45 10/16-10/28
  • $50 day of
Kids 12 and under: includes a race shirt
  • $15 until 10/15 
  • $20 10/16-10/28
  • $25 day of
Pups: $15 per dog

 

Wet Noses Foster Paws is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, assisting with rehoming and finding forever homes for abandoned and mistreated pups. WNFP partners with rescues in Guadalajara Mexico, Roswell New Mexico, San Diego Humane Society and Kauai Humane Society, as well as local surrenders in need of rehoming. We are volunteer ran and donation based and are raising funds to help with medical needs and transportation costs for our pups. You can find us on Instagram and at www.wetnosesfosterpaws.org

5k Run will start at 9am- runners without pups will move to the front of the pack

5k Walk will start at 9:30am

After the race we will open our dog park to registered pups to play inside our daycare facility at:
