Description

Enjoy a rugged and scenic adventure through the forested slopes of Mt. Spokane State Park. Distances include a 25K, 10K, or 5K. With challenging climbs, sweeping views, and lush singletrack trails, it’s the perfect mountain race for trail runners of all levels.

Registration

The Mt. Spokane Trail Run is part of Negative Split's trail race series. Shirts and Medals are only guaranteed for participants registering more than 10 days before the race. Shirts and Medals are on a first come first serve basis for those registering less than 10 days before. If you are able to select a shirt size in registration, you will get a shirt. Once shirt sizes are sold out they will no longer be available in registration.

The Virtual Run sign up is available between January 01, 2025 - September 07, 2025. Virtual runners complete and submit their information anytime between August 29 - September 14, 2025 to the virtual results page located here. Virtual runners will have their items mailed to them shortly after the live race (September 07, 2025).
