Race distances are approximate and may very half a mile depending on actual trail availability on race day.
Courses are subject to change based on safety and trail conditions.
Due to the trail nature of this event, there are limited toilets available on course. Please use the restrooms before your start.
25K (16.0-ish Miles)
Starting at Selkirk Lodge, runners will decend to the lower road crossing and start on an uphill section to Bald Knob Campground area, followed by a climb to summit Mt. Spokane at the Vista house with some great views. Runners will then decend back down past Bald knob Campground again before the climb up toward the Mt. Kit Carson summit. Following the Mt. Kit Carson summit, runners will decend through a fun downhill forested section, then follow a rolling trail with some great views of the valley below. Finishes with a lower road crossing before the final stretch back to Selkirk Lodge.
There will be six Aid Stations containing water and sports drink, GU gels, and gummy bear chews. The Aid Stations will be at Bald Knob Campground (pass twice), Mt. Spokane Summit, Kit Carson Turnoff (pass twice), and the 110/Road crossing. Additional sweet and salty options at the Kit Carson Turnoff Aid Station.
10K (7.1-ish Miles)
Starting at Selkirk Lodge, runners will decend to the lower road crossing and start on an uphill section to Bald Knob Campground area. Runners will then follow a rolling trail with some great views of the valley below. Finishes with a lower road crossing before the final stretch back to Selkirk Lodge.

5K (2.9-ish Miles)
Starting at Selkirk Lodge, runners will decend to the lower road crossing and start on an uphill section to Bald Knob Campground area. Finishes with a lower road crossing before the final stretch back to Selkirk Lodge.
