THE COURSES

10K & 5K COURSES

The 10K and 5K courses will start at the Marymoor Park Recreation and Event Area near the velodrome and climbing wall. All participants are welcome to run or walk the courses. After leaving the recreation and event center, all participants will run west along the Marymoor Connector Trail to the Sammamish River Trail. From there, they'll cross over the Leary Way bridge and continue north along the Sammamish River Trail before turning around. From there, all participants will follow the same pathways back to the Marymoor Pad.

5K participants will turn north to the finish line while 10K participants will continue east on the Marymoor Connector Trail running the full distance of the park. Upon exiting the park, 10K participants will do an out and back south then north along the East Lake Sammamish Trail before returning back to Marymoor Park. Running west for the final stretch, participants will follow the connector trail back to the finish line!

There will be two water stations on course, one shared by both races at the 2 mile mark and the other, for only the 10L at the mile 4 mark at the east edge of the trail. Both stations will have water only.

YOUTH DASH - 1K KIDS COURSE

The youth dash will start and finish at the Recreation and Event Area near the velodrome and climbing wall. The course will consist of a short out & back along the Marymoor Connector trail. Parents are welcome to run with their kids and do not need to register to do so. A map of the kids course will be available soon.
