Northshore Spring 5k for Schools

A Community 5K for Every Pace

A day of movement, connection, and community impact! The Northshore Spring 5K for Schools is proudly presented and hosted by the Northshore Schools Foundation, bringing our community together in support of local students and schools.

Taking place in June 2027, this inclusive event welcomes participants of all ages and abilities! You can run the full 5K, walk with friends, strolling with a stroller, or cheer from the sidelines. 

What to Expect

The scenic 5K course starts and ends on the University of Washington Bothell campus, with the race route running along the Sammamish River Trail.

Every finisher will cross the line to a festive finish area featuring local vendors, family-friendly activities, refreshments, and opportunities to connect with neighbors and supporters of our schools and Northshore Schools Foundation.

What You're Supporting

Proceeds from the Northshore Spring 5K for Schools will support and advance Northshore Schools Foundation's service work for over 22,000 students across Bothell, Woodinville, and Kenmore in all 36 Northshore schools and programs.

As an inaugural event, every participant becomes part of the 5K race's story. Join us as we launch into an annual spring tradition that brings together runners, walkers, families, educators, students, and community partners for a morning of fun, fitness, and purpose!
