Registration opens April 27th. Each race has their specific closing dates. Each race awards Finisher and/or Competitor Ribbons. Sign up for all 4 events, you are entitled to a $5 discount off all 4.  Does not apply if you sign up for fewer events.

Description

Welcome to running/walking in its original form in this one of four BRRC Cross Country Race series events. This event is not meant to be run on pavement or concrete, but instead by running on your favorite DIRT or GRASS or any other OFF-ROAD running location. This event allows the participant to get back in touch with nature breathing the fresh air, feeling the earth below your feet and just getting out and enjoying life. All are low-key fun events in the fall, and they are part of the BRRC Race Series. The race name refers to the original in-person race location. Again, this year, BRRC has added to the Cross-Country Series a RUNNING CLUB CHALLENGE. When you register for the challenge, you will indicate what team you would like to run under.  At each race there will be scoring for the top 3 people in each club and the club with the lowest time will be the winner for that race. At the end of the 4 Cross Country series events there will be a crowning of the team winner with a designated trophy to hold on to for the year and each year it will be passed around to the winning team. There will also be trophies for 2nd, 3rd and 4th place teams.

If you sign up for all 4 events, you are entitled to a $5 discount off all 4.  Does not apply if you sign up for fewer events or on day of race.

Welcome to the BRRC Cross Country Races

Note: THIS YEAR DUE TO THE FIRES IN SPOKANE, RIVERSIDE STATE PARKS HAS CLOSED THE 7-MILE AIRSTRIP. WE HAVE MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO MOVE THIS EVENT BACK TO AUDUBON. The date is the same, Sunday October 18th, the start time is the same, 10AM. Our apologies for this inconvenience. Welcome to Bloomsday Road Runners Club's (BRRC) Cross Country Races. Come run when the weather is cooler. BRRC wants you to continue your activity into the fall to prepare you for your fall races. As an added incentive, if you register for all 4 races, at the same time whether online or paper form, you will receive a $5 discount on each race. The discount only applies if all 4 races are registered. If mailing in the race form, it must be postmarked by September 1st. If you wait until DAY OF RACE to register for all 4 races, the discount does not apply.
