Description
Join us for this year's Negative Split 5K Swag Run! This year's race starts and finishes at the Spokane Convention Center and features a scenic course along the Centennial Trail and along the Spokane River. Celebrate the day by finishing in style and getting all the great swag at the finish line!

The Swag Run is back! Get your hands on all of last year's left over finisher swag! T-shirts, long sleeves, hoodies, hats, and more!
Registration Includes:
• Access to all the 2024 Finisher swag (most participants go away with 3-8 shirts)
• Untimed Bib
• Scenic course along the Spokane River
• Free entry into the Spokane Great Outdoor and Bike Expo
