Join us for the Unleash the Cougs 5K at WSU Spokane on Saturday, April 12th! This fun and family-friendly event is open to all WSU Spokane students, faculty, friends, and family.
The 5K brings our Coug community together to promote health, wellness, and Cougar pride while supporting a great cause. Proceeds from the 5k will support the Kappa Psi Beta Pi chapter at WSU, enabling them to continue their valuable work with organizations including Second Harvest, St. Jude’s, local elementary schools, and more
Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just looking for a fun way to connect with the Coug family, this race is for everyone. Let’s lace up, hit the trail, and show what it means to be part of the WSU community!

Ages 18+: $12
Ages 4-17: $8
Ages 0-3: Free (Registration still required)
