2019 Terror Twilight Track Meet presented by Appleton West High School

Now in its second year, join us for a city-wide, open to all ages and abilities TERROR TWILIGHT TRACK MEET presented by Appleton West High School. Come down the street or from across the state! Friday, July 12, from 6:00 - 8:00PM Appleton West will showcase its beautiful track by hosting a timed meet, with a post-event celebration including music and a food truck at the outdoor track.

Sign up and test your training progress, see how you match up to others on the track surface, or simply join in on the fun with no pressure to be 'speedy'. We just want you in on the action as we grow this event! The goal is to offer an evening of physical activity and social engagement; *your* ability is welcome on the track.

This is an OPEN meet; you are not required to have a current association with Appleton West. We will celebrate Appleton West students and alumni in attendance, but we welcome anyone who wants to share in the fun.

Register early to secure your limited edition event T, then bring the kiddos and your neighbors too. We've got someone for everyone. 

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

5:00 PM Onsite Registration Begins; walk-ups welcome
6:00 PM Track Meet Begins

• 50 Meter Dash
• 100 Meter Dash
• 400 Meter Dash
• 400 Meter Relay (4 x 100) [NEW for 2019]
• 1600 Meter Relay (4 x 400)
• Shot Put
• Long Jump [NEW for 2019]
• High Jump
• 1-Mile Race
• Minis (kids runs) and student highlights throughout the evening

8:00 PM Post-Event celebration onsite: tours, music and food truck with food/drink available for purchase

NOTE: The Rain Date for this event is Saturday, July 13, actual time TBD. In the case of questionable weather, all registrants will be notified of event status by 4PM on July 12. Every effort will also be made to share updates online and in social media.
