We are SUPER excited to announce that SUPER MOM 5K/10K will be coming the the Minneapolis/St. Paul Area!
We LOVE our Mothers & this is one of our favorite events of the year! What better way to celebrate MOM than with some quality time or let her take a 5K break! Come wrap up your weekend at Cracked Barrel Winery in Hudson with an awesome event for the entire family (we're even going to buy all you moms a glass of wine).
We'll be racing through the vineyards at Cracked Barrell Winery, most of which is flat & fast. We have a few distances for you to choose from 5K and 10K, or a Virtual Half Marathon. Come out and earn your Super Finisher Medal for the 5K or Virtual 10K & Half, we'll have Custom awards and a great shirt! You do NOT want to miss this one! We are only ordering 350 medals; registrations after that will receive a different medal.

St. Croix Valley SART is a 501(c)3 non-profit, based in Hudson, Wisconsin, and with over twenty years of service. SART provides forensic exams and advocacy services to pediatric, adolescent, and adult victims of sexual assault in Barron, Pierce, Polk, Rusk, and St. Croix counties in Wisconsin, at either of its community-based exam sites in Hudson or Rice Lake, Wisconsin, or at the eleven partnering Emergency Departments in Western Wisconsin, as well as at Hope Coalition’s Outreach offices in Red Wing, Minnesota. Community outreach and education is offered to all middle, high school, and secondary educational institutions within our service areas as well as churches and community-based organizations.
All SART services are provided free of charge, and we rely on fundraising to help defray the costs of these services. On average, the cost of one forensic exam is $5,400.00. In the 2022- 2023 fiscal year, St Croix Valley SART served 103 victim-survivors. Of those, SART provided advocacy, information, and referrals through 1,130 interactions. In addition, SART staff was invited to 89 presentations, educating 3,397 middle and high school students and community members on topics such as healthy relationships and consent. SART also provided five suspect forensic exams of violent crime for law enforcement.

You can submit your race time HERE on the Virtual Results page anytime through end of day 5/20/24.

Event Courtesy & Refund Policy
Our events are designed to be fun for the entire family. With that in mind; any competitor, spectator, parent, volunteer, or sponsor, exhibiting unsportsmanlike
conduct or interfering with the positive, competitive atmosphere of the event will be immediately disqualified, asked to leave the venue and course immediately with no refunds.
All registrations are final. There are no refunds, deferments, or transfers.
Event will take place rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, we will cancel for the safety of the participants...there are no refunds in this case.
Participants that do not show up to race/event forfeit their right to any swag.
No COVID-19 Refunds. If unforeseen circumstances arise due to COVID-19, including any Federal or State Health Emergency, refunds will not be provided. The event will go 100% Virtual & shirts will be shipped to participants.
