Description
This event has been cancelled due to course conditions. The amount of rain that fell in the week leading up to the event has made the course a mess and not usable. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible for all who registered.
The Bear Paws for a Cause run/walk tradition at University of Wisconsin-Parkside will be returning to the Dannehl National Cross Country Course on May 5, 2019. The event will also change to a traditional cross country length of 5K. This run/walk is being organized by the students from the Event Management class (HESM 370) at UW-Parkside, and the proceeds will go to the HESM scholarship funds.
In 2018, we invited participants to bring their dogs with them to the event. Sadly, the Cross Country Course has a policy of no dogs on race days.
