40th Annual Grunski Runski (5K)

We are thrilled to be celebrating our 40th Annual Grunski Runski! Due to ensure the public's safety we have made some modifications this year. We will be capping racers at 125 with 5 waves of 25 runners. There will be no registrations taken after August 3rd including day of registrations. Please register for one of the following 5K races:

T-shirts:
Performance-wear t-shirts, only guaranteed to participants registered by July 27. You will want to register early to guarantee receiving a special 40th anniversary "pandemic flamingo" shirt. Few, if any extra t-shirts will be available for purchase.

Runners Bag/Other Race Information
Race number, t-shirt, etc. can be picked up at the Menasha Senior Center only. The Center is located at 116 Main St. Come to the back of the building off of Chute St for this drive up service on Friday, August 7th from 2:00 to 6:00 pm, drive under the overhang and wait your turn. Day of number/shirt pick up is only available by making prior arrangements. No awards ceremony will be held this year, the first place male and female will receive a trophy at a later date. Race results will be posted on Timing is Everything and the City of Menasha website.

Multiple Person Sign Up Discount
Grab your friends and family and get $5 off of registrations for each person if you sign up with a group of 3 or more runners.
