Join Silver Circle Sports Events & Milwaukee County Parks for live music, beer and food trucks. In between....a 5K run/walk or walk. Everyone gets a free pint of Sprecher Beer or Sprecher Root Beer at the finish!

Kiddos Run For FREE
There will be a Kids 1K run (under 10). All kids will get a bib just like Mom & Dad. The race is FREE for the kiddos if Mom or Dad is registered and you can register on line at no charge. Sorry no shirts for the kiddos but they do get a finisher medal.
SCSE WANTS TO HELP YOU SAVE MONEY!
At registration checkout, you will be given the option to share to Facebook that you've registered for a super fun event with SCSE! For every 3 people you get to register for the same event using your unique link, you'll get $10 back from your registration.

Tshirts
The shirts cotton unisex and those registered noon July 1 are guaranteed a custom race shirt. After that, shirts be available while on line supplies last. Any extra shirts will be distributed after the race on a first come first serve basis.

Awards
Age group medals for 1st - 3rd male & female in 5 year age brackets.
Team Awards:
Fastest team with at least 4 members (four fastest scores used to calculate time) - free beer for each team member (4).
Largest team - free stein for team leader & 1 refill to share all your new friends
Average Joe & Jane Awards
At all Silver Circle Sports Events 5K, we will award the Average Joe & Jane award. The award goes to the male and female that finish exactly in the middle of their division will received receive a super sexy Average Joe / Average Jane shirt, flowers and an free entry into a SCSE 5K event of your choice.
Aid Station
There will be one aid station on course at mile 1.5.
Course
Lake Park course map
The run starts at picnic area 4/5. The start line is located on the grass for a short 400m field run before enter the Lake Park path. There will be course marshals along the course but please watch for traffic particularly along N. Lincoln Memorial drive. You will cross the entrance to the beer garden and a public parking lot that can be busy.
PACKET PICKUP
Packets can be picked up Wednesday prior to the race from 10:00 am - 8:00pm at Performance Running Outfitters.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
We need volunteers for everything from aid station help to course marshals. If you or your group have an interest in volunteering, we would greatly appreciate the assistance. All volunteers can run a future SCSE 5K for FREE!

WEATHER / REFUND POLICY
Refunds are not permitted for any reason.
The event will be held unless severe weather occurs. In the event of severe weather, the race director may delay or cancel the event. If the event is canceled, there will be no refunds. Silver Circle Sports Events has a NO REFUND policy.
