This year, we’re making things easier by preassembling team packets. If your team has 4 or more members by 9:00am Wednesday, June 3rd, you’ll be able to pick up the entire team’s bibs and shirts at packet pickup in one convenient bundle. The Team Captain may pick them up or designate someone else on the team to do so. Please only send one team member to pick up for the entire team.
If your team does not meet the 5-member threshold, each team member can pick up their packet individually.
📣 Important: If your team qualifies for group pickup (4+ team members), individual team members will not be able to pick up their individual packets.
The packets will include:
Race shirts
Race bibs with labels (name, shirt size, bib number, gender, age and event).
Please let your team members know if you used your email to register them, they will not receive these race day instructions or other important information, so please forward this email to them.
The start and finish lines are downtown in front of Oz Plaza!

You do not need to print it. We will need to scan the QR code on the receipt, though, so please have your email accessible on your mobile device or save a picture of your receipt with the QR code to your device’s image library.

Course Closure
As much as we’d love to spend endless time at our favorite race sites, our permits limit the time we can occupy the course. To comply with these restrictions, the course will close at 9:00 AM, the finish line will be broke down and participants will be moved to the sidewalk.
Teams of 4+ will have their packets pre-assembeled. The packets must be picked up by a team member.
If you are picking up for more than a couple people, please do the following:
1. Put all of their QR codes on one sheet of paper OR
2. Write all of their names on one sheet of paper (last name, first name, t-shirt).
That will make your life a whole lot easier when you go to hand out the info to your team.

The top overall male and female runners in each distance will receive a custom award provided by our partner, Ridgeway Woodworks.
🥇 Age Group Awards
The top 3 male and female finishers in 5-year age groups will receive a custom woodle. Age groups start at 0-14, then continue in 5-year increments.
🎉 Finisher Woodles
Every participant will receive a woodle crafted by Ridgeway Woodworks as a special keepsake!

How to Transfer, Defer, Change Shirt Size, or Change Distances
Follow these steps to make changes to your race registration:
- Go to RunSignUp.com and log in to your account.
- Select your Profile.
- Scroll down to the race you wish to modify.
- Click on "Manage Registration".
- Choose from the available options in the menu, including:
- Transfers (to another participant or race)
- Change Shirt Size
- Modify Team
- Change Distances
- Resend Confirmation/QR Code
- Deferrals

Aid Stations
There will be one aid station on course that participants will pass twice. To reduce waste, we encourage participants to carry a water bottle or collapsible cup as an alternative to using paper cups.

Here’s how:
1️⃣ Find 3 or more people to join you.
2️⃣ Pick a team name.
3️⃣ Register your team.
Teams with 4 or more members will be eligible for the Team Award, which goes to the fastest 4 runners on the team. Let the friendly competition begin! 🎉
