FALL 2025 PICKLEBALL LEAGUES

 SUNDAYS: (SEPT. 21 – NOVEMBER 23, 2025)

• Beginner Doubles League: START TIME IS 6PM (This league is recommended for beginner players, A DUPR Rating of up to 2.75) Limited to 30 Teams

• Ladder Leagues: Sign up individually at registration. START TIME IS 4PM
               COED LOW (DUPR 2.5 – 3.25) = Limited to 16 spots 
               COED HIGH (DUPR >3.25) = Limited to 16 spots 

MONDAYS: (SEPT. 22 – NOVEMBER 24, 2025)

• Women's Doubles Leagues: START TIME is 6:30PM
                   LOW (DUPR 2.5 – 3.25) = Limited to 8 Teams
                   HIGH (DUPR >3.25) = Limited to 8 Teams
   (This league is recommended for intermediate players. A DUPR rating of 3.0 and above) 

TUESDAYS: (SEPT. 23 – NOVEMBER 25, 2025)

• SENIOR/RETIREE Doubles League: OPEN FOR ALL SKILL LEVELS – START TIME IS 12:30PM Limited to 12 Team

• High Intermediate Doubles League: (This league is for intermediate/advanced players, with a DUPR rating of 3.75 & up) Limited to 12                          Teams – START TIME IS 6PM 

• Men’s Doubles League: OPEN FOR ALL SKILL LEVELS - Limited to 6 Teams – START TIME IS AT 6PM 

THURSDAYS: (SEPT. 25 – NOVEMBER 20, 2025)

• Low Intermediate Doubles League: START TIME is 6:30PM (This league is recommended for beginner / intermediate players. DUPR 2.75 - 3.25)   Limited to 14 Teams

• Mid-Intermediate Doubles League: START TIME is 6PM (This league is recommended for intermediate players. DUPR 3.25 - 3.75) Limited to 14 Teams

LEAGUE INFORMATION:

FOR DOUBLES TEAMS, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ADD A TEAM NAME WHEN ASKED WHILE FIRST REGISTERING YOUR TEAM FOR THE LEAGUE.  IT WILL SAY “CREATE A TEAM” FOR THE INITIAL PERSON REGISTERING & CHARGE THE TEAM FEE AT THAT TIME. YOUR PARTNER (WHEN SIGNING UP AFTER THE TEAM IS CREATED) WILL CHOOSE “JOIN A TEAM” WHEN PROMPTED. 
 

• Each League will consist of 10 weeks and play all matches in the Fieldhouse

League Formats:  

• ALL PICKLEBALL DOUBLES LEAGUES:  Will ALL play “Best of 3" -- 2 rounds (playing 4/6matches per week); games will be played to 11 points, win by 1

• Ladder Pickleball League will play 2 “rounds”, a total of 6 games per week.  Ladder games will be played to 11 points, win by 1

• All pickleball leagues will follow the USA Pickleball Rules.

• League Teams consist of any combination of men or women (unless specified).
   -----------------------------------------------------------------
• Subs allowed for and are the responsibility of each team/player (we can assist if needed)

• “NO SHOW / FORFEIT RULE” --- If your team is unable to play certain weeks of the league, it is your team’s responsibility to do the following:  

  1. Secure subs for the matches your team will miss.  If subs are not available, or you prefer to reschedule your match to play your opponent, then contact your opponent(s) directly and set up a new match time/date. 

  2. Once you have established your new match time/date, contact SentryWorld to reserve your court time and inform the Activities Manager.  Teams that do not follow this procedure at least 24hours in advance of their original scheduled match time, will be subject to a “NO SHOW / FORFEIT FEE” of $50.  

  3. We know that emergencies and unexpected things happen, so we will handle all occurrences on a case-by-case basis.  Please understand some teams travel a good distance to play in the SentryWorld pickleball leagues.  Out of courtesy for those teams and respect for all teams, please follow this new rule.

LEAGUE FEES:        

●        $97 per team (Doubles Leagues Team Fee)

●        $49 per player (for Ladder Leagues only)
