The race has been moved to Minooka Park because the DNR is not issuing permits for Lapham Peak.
Registration is open with all permits in hand! If you registered for the 2020 race, your race entry has already been deferred, but you need to claim your deferral if you want to run this year. Do it NOW because the race is going to sell out!
Here is how to do it:
1. Go to runsignup.com.
2. Click on Profile.
3. Under the Deferrals tab, click Complete Deferral.
4. Click Start Transfer.
If you would like to defer another year, do nothing!

Top 3 male & female finishers in 5-year age groups will receive a custom medal. There will not be an awards ceremony and we will not be distributing awards on race day.
There are three options to obtain medals:
1. Pick them up at our office the Tuesday following the race. The medals are located in a black box in front of our office entrance 24/7.
2. They can be mailed by clicking here. There is a fee because the mailman won't work for free.
3. Pick them up at a future WTA race’s packet pickup. Medals will only be available after the race.
We expect we will get back to award ceremonies in the very near future.
PLEASE BRING YOUR RECEIPT WITH YOU!
You do not need to print it. We will need to scan the QR code on the receipt, though, so please have your email accessible on your mobile device or save a picture of your receipt with the QR code to your device’s image library.

Because we cannot guarantee a touch-free aid station, there are no aid stations on the course or at the finish line. You should bring your own water.
There will be an on-course bag drop area for you to leave your nutrition and hydration items. It is located across the road from Picnic Area 3. Please place your bag in the designated bag drop area before the race and space it 10’ from other bags. This is a self-placement and self-serve bag drop. We will not be transporting bags on course. Don’t worry, there is plenty of time and space for you to self-place your bag before the race.
We need volunteers for everything from goody bag stuffing to course marshals. If you or your group have an interest in volunteering, we would greatly appreciate the assistance. All volunteers can run a future race at no charge.
Register to volunteer by clicking on the volunteer tab at the top of the page.
