 Everyone will receive a custom hand-made woodle from our race partner: Ridgeway Woodworks. 

Your race time and age group result are available online after you cross the finish line - select RESULTS from the menu above. The top 3 male & female finishers in 5-year age groups will receive a custom medal. An awards ceremony will take place at the race. Awards can also be picked up after the race at Silver Circle's Global Headquarters in Oconomowoc, WI.

The shirts cotton unisex and those registered noon September 18th are guaranteed a custom race shirt.  After that, shirts be available while on line supplies last. Any extra shirts will be distributed after the race on a first come first serve basis. 

The shirts will have a space you can write the name of the person you are running/walking in memory of.

At registration checkout, you will be given the option to share to Facebook that you've registered for a super fun event with SCSE! For every 3 people you get to register for the same event using your unique link, you'll get $10 back from your registration.

On your emailed registration receipt, there will be a registration link that you can forward to your friends to let them know they should join you on your next adventure! For every 3 friends you get to register for the event using your unique email link, you'll get $10 back on your registration!

Parking is available throughout Frame Park. There is also plenty of street parking in the vicinity of Frame Park.

There will be a memory wall for you to write a message in memory of those that are no longer with us or can't be with us right now.

PLEASE BRING YOUR EMAIL RECEIPT WITH YOU!  
You do not need to print it, but we will need to scan the QR code on the email receipt, so please have your email accessible on your mobile device or save a picture of your receipt with the QR code to your device’s image library. We strongly encourage you to pick up your packet early.

Picking up more than one packet

If you are picking up for more than a couple people, please do the following:
1. Put all of their QR codes on one sheet of paper OR
2. Write all of their names on one sheet of paper (last name, first name, tshirt).

That will make your life a whole lot easier when you go to hand out the info to your team.

Are you involved with a workplace wellness program? We’d love to help!

Here’s how it works:

• Contact us with your workplace information.
• We will create a code for your wellness members to use at registration checkout that will waive or discount the registration fee. You can offer any discount amount your workplace wellness program allows.
• The day after the race, we will send you an invoice that can be paid online.

We need volunteers for everything from aid station support to course marshals. If you or your group have an interest in volunteering, we would greatly appreciate the assistance. All volunteers can run a future race at no charge.

The race is chip timed by Silver Circle Sports Events, LLC with a chip start. Your time will start when you cross the start line and stops when you cross the finish line.

How to wear your bib.

Insurance is available for almost all of our events. The insurance is offered through a third party. Here is the fine print:

Registration protection options allow your race participants to get reimbursed up to 100% if they cannot attend the event for a number of reasons, including covered injury, illness, traffic accidents, and more. Registration Protector with Required to Work has the added benefit of protection in the instance that a race participant is required to work for a covered reason.

Terms, conditions, and exclusions apply. Insurance benefits are underwritten by Jefferson Insurance Company. AGA Service Company is the licensed producer and administrator of these plans.

Registration Protection - The insurance premium is 6.75% of the registration cost (including processing fee), with a minimum insurance premium of $7.99 per registrant.

Refunds are not permitted for any reason.

The event will be held unless severe weather occurs. In the event of severe weather, the race director may delay or cancel the event. If the event is canceled, there will be no refunds. Silver Circle Sports Events has a NO REFUND policy.

How to transfer, defer, change shirt sizes and change distances

• Login into RunSignUp.com
• Select your Profile.
• Scroll down to the race you would like to modify.
• Select "Manage Registration".
• All of your options will be listed in the menu.
  *Deferrals must be completed 10 days prior to event.
