Due to current concerns about COVID-19, we are postponing the 4th Annual Be Kind to Your Mind race until Saturday, September 26th.  Start times will remain the same.  GREAT NEWS though.... if you forgot to register early, we are also extending our early registration rates!!!  Tiered discounted rates will be available through August 10th.  If you are unable to make the new date and have already registered, please contact us at, and we will gladly change your race to the virtual option.  To receive your t-shirt and medal, just complete the walk by 10/10/20 and e-mail us a picture to the Iris Club House!  Thank you for supporting the Iris Clubhouse.

The 4th annual BE KIND to YOUR MIND 5K, 10K, Family Fun Run and Obstacle Course Just for Kids will be held at Edness Kimbell Wilkins State Park just outside Casper, WY on Saturday, September 26, 2020.  This year's theme is Dino Dash.  New shirt designs and medals are in the works! Runners and walkers are encouraged to register for the 5K, the 10K, the Family Fun Run, Obstacle Course, or any combination.

Start times are 7 a.m. for the 10K, 8 a.m. for the 5K, and 9:30 a.m. for the Family Fun Run and Obstacle Course. The Family Fun Run and Obstacle Course sponsored by Sensational Kids is free for all participants.  Please make sure you pre-register, though.  We are pet friendly, but please be respectful of your fellow runners, walkers, and park rules and keep pets leashed.

You can register for the 5K or 10K Bib Only Option, or pay full price and get an AWESOME t-shirt and medal.  (The shirts and medals this year are going to be DINO-MITE!)   Already have plans for June 13th? Don't worry; we have you covered because there is a VIRTUAL race option. Register to run or walk on your own time, and we will send you a bib, medal, and t-shirt when you email a photo of yourself making strides.

Register now, because if you register before August 10th, not only will you will also get your t-shirt size guaranteed, but you will get a discount on your registration fees.  We are continuing this year with the reduced pricing for children and students as well!

Proceeds from the Be Kind to Your Mind event will go entirely to benefit the Iris Clubhouse, a working community for adults with mental illness. The Iris Clubhouse is part of an international initiative to help support and sustain recovery. Your support and participation make a difference in our community as we transform lives through friendship, education, and perseverance.

Sponsorship level voids left to fill are: Dino-mite, Dino-soar, Dino-roar, Dino-master, and Supreme Dino. For more information about to be a Be Kind to Your Mind sponsor, please contact Emily Genoff, (307) 262-0362.
