Long May You Run Virtual 5k on September 13 is a Run/Walk to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and Casey's Cash. The money donated to LLS through the Northeastern Pennsylvania Chapter of Team in Training will be used to help find cures for blood cancers and to offer better treatments for patients. Casey’s Cash is a fundraiser out of Philadelphia for a family that was just dealt a serious hardship. Casey is my younger cousin who was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma earlier this year and the battle has not been an easy one. By participating in this race, you can help two great causes at one time!

Long May You Run Virtual 5k can be done in any location you choose. You can walk, run, use the treadmill, participate in another race, run solo, or form a team! You do your 3.1 miles at your pace wherever you like. All registrants will receive a race bib, a finisher's certificate and a finisher's medal for completing the 5k!
