4-WEEK BEGINNER TRAINING PLAN

Not feeling like you're ready to run a full 5K (3.1 miles) yet? That's okay! We can help you get there in as little as four weeks! Be sure to incorporate several minutes of brisk walking to warm up before your workout. In addition, add at least 5 minutes of stretches at the beginning and end to stay limber and avoid injury. You'll be ready for your race before you know it!
