JINGLE ALL THE WAY 5K

Race Venue

1. Where will be the 5k race end?  At Memorial Park at 1072 5th Ave SE, Calvert City, KY 42029. 
2. Where will Pre-Packet Pickup be? Snap Fitness Calvert City
3. What time does the 5k race start?  The 5K race will start at 8 a.m.
4. What time should I arrive?  Please arrive at least one hour before the race start time.
5. Where will I park?  Parking is available

 

Race Registration

1. When does online registration close?  Online registration will remain open through race morning. Please register for the race before leaving for the race. Register before November 19 and receive a race shirt.
2. Can I register on race day?  Yes! Race day registration will be available for an increased fee over pre-registration fees. 
3. What do I get for my registration fee? Your registration fee includes a race t-shirt. NOTE: Race t-shirts are not guaranteed if you register after November 19.
4. Is there a benefiting charity? Yes, Calvert/Sharpe Family Resource Center.
5. Can I get a refund of my registration fee? Sorry. registration fees are non-refundable.

Race Participation

1. When can I get my race shirt and race number?  A pre-race packet pickup session is scheduled for December 6  at Snap Fitness in Calvert City.
   
   • Packets will also be available on race day starting at 7:00 a.m. at the race site.
2. Can I view a course map?  We are working on a course map! Stay tuned!
3. Is the course totally on hard surfaces?  Yes
4. Is the course suitable for strollers?  Yes. Pushing a stroller on this course is accepted. Please start in the back of the race pack.
5. Can I walk the race?  Walkers are welcome.
6. Can I bring my dog?  Yes! Dogs on a fixed-length leash are welcome. No retractable leashes please as they create a trip hazard. Owners will be responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
7. What is your inclement weather policy? The race will be conducted rain or shine. In the instance of lightning at race start time, the start will be delayed 30 minutes or canceled if lightning is still present after the 30-minute delay.

Race Timing/Awards/Results

1. Will the race be timed?  Yes! The race will be timed by 3 Way Racing.
2. Will awards be presented after the race?  Yes! Awards for the top male and female finishers in each age bracket will be presented at 9:30 AM. Awards for the top male and female finishers overall will also be presented. 
3. Will there be other awards/contests? Best Costume will also receive an award followed by the winner of the Corporate Cup.
