Question: Do I need to be an experienced runner to participate in the 5K? Answer: No, all levels (walking and running) are welcomed!
Question: Are strollers allowed on the course? Answer: Yes, but you are highly encouraged to start at the back of the group to allow the faster participants easy access to the trail once the event begins.
Question: Can I register on the day of the event? Answer: Yes, race day registration is available. 5K price will be $35 and the 1Mile will be $25 (cash or card ONLY)
Question: Do I have to participate in the 5K to donate to the cause? Answer: No, if you are unavailable to attend but still want to donate, click here!
