Rad Run

The Rad Race is a family friendly, "old school" evening glow 5k and fun run.  Don your neon and 80's fashion for this race which begins at Wark Park in Caney, Kansas, and follows the Caney tour.  This race will be timed "old school" meaning we will time individually rather than using chip timing.  All runners registered by September 29 will receive a finisher medal and will have the opportunity to order a shirt guaranteed in their size.  All entries after September 29 will receive medal and t shirt option first come first serve. Medals will be awarded for top three women and men, as well as awards for the best men's and women's costumes.  Fun run will begin at 6:30 P.M. and 5k will begin at 7:00 P.M.  

Proceeds for this race will benefit Caney youth in two ways.  Youth group from Caney Church of the Nazarene is raising funds to send students to summer church camp.  Caney High School cross country team will also receive a donation to help with travel expenses associated with meets.
