Health to Better Living 5K

Please Join us for our 2nd Annual Health to Better Living 5K and Fun Run. This run will benefit 4H members in Atchison County by helping cover the cost of 4H camp.

The race will be held Saturday Morning August 9th. The race will start at 7am. we will start the 5k Runners first, followed by the Fun run racers. The fun run distance is approximately 1 mile.

Cost to enter the race is $20.00 per person - register before July 1st to get a race day shirt!

CASH PRIZE for 1st and 2nd place for both the 5K race and the Fun Run!

Pick up your bib number and race shirt Thursday August 7th in the Effingham Park, across from the livestock barns from 3-7pm. We will have a tent set up with our race banner hung.

The Start and Finish Line are at the corner of William and 4th street in Effingham
