Get ready to Run for the Wild! The TJ’s Tiger Trot 5K brings the fun, the family vibes, the costumes, and the animals all together at Tanganyika Wildlife Park. Come dressed in your fiercest (or funniest) outfit and enjoy an evening surrounded by wildlife, community, and roaring good energy.

This family-friendly 5K welcomes all paces — trot, jog, walk, or strut like the main character.

Race Information

The TJ’s Tiger Trot 5K starts at 4:30 p.m. inside Tanganyika Wildlife Park. This event is chip timed, and your time begins when you cross the start line. The course will be clearly marked with arrows, signage, and volunteers. A photographer will be stationed at the finish line, so bring those big “I just did that!” smiles. A water station will be placed along the course for participants. Restrooms will be available both inside the park and in outdoor portable units. After finishing, join your running family for music, food, soft drinks, and special animal meet-and-greets with Tanganyika ambassadors.

Please wear your bib on the front of your outermost layer for accurate timing.
