5K Circular route through downtown Hays or choose the 1 mile fun run/walk course. Secure course closed to traffic. Chip timed by Heartland Timing. Flash Dash T-Shirt. Awards for the top male and female plus awards to the winner of each age group. 18 & Under, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & Over
