Tiger Pals 5K Run and 1/2 Mile Fun Run

The mission of  Tiger Pals is to act as a volunteer organization that assists individuals with special needs and disabilities by enhancing their physical, social and mental well being through engaging activities. Tiger Pals promotes disability awareness, unique mentorship opportunities and community involvement. We provide a matching system that fosters mentorship between FHSU college students and individuals affiliated with our partners at Arc of Central Plains and DSNWK. Funds allocated during this event will provide assistance in helping create opportunities for our mentors, mentees and the community at large.

The Tiger Pals 5K Run will be $10 for Adults and there will be T-shirts available during race day registration for a cost of $5. T-shirts are in Limited supply! For those electing not to partake in the 5K there will be a FREE 1/2 mile Fun Run/Walk for children ages 12 and under. We do highly encourage parents to run with their children in this race.

All runners age 12 and under will recieve a participation ribbon.

Check in for the 5K will begin at 7:00 AM in front of Sheridan Hall. Here you can pick up your packets, buy t-shirts and pick up your bib numbers. Registration for the fun run is NOT required. 

The start finish line for the 5K is in front of Sheridan Hall. The start Finish Line for the Fun Run is on the Big Creek Trail directly under the Bridge leading to Gross Coliseum.
