CCS - Good Friday Family Fun Run & Walk

Join us on Friday, April 18, for a Good Friday run/walk with your families as we celebrate our risen Savior. We will have both competitive and recreational categories available for the avid runners or the leisurely walkers. Join us for a .60-mile loop around the campus of Central Christian School! 

Our morning will begin with registration starting at 7:45 a.m., a devotional at 8:20 a.m., the competitive runners beginning at 8:30 a.m., and the recreational/walkers beginning at 8:32 a.m. The fun run/walk will conclude at 9:30 a.m. for both competitive and recreational categories. Then plan to join us for pancakes and fellowship from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. in our new fitness center! 

This event is family friendly, so please plan to bring the entire family and even invite your neighbors! Strollers are welcome, but be prepared for all terrains. 

While this is a free event, would you consider donating $25 per participant? Donations will be accepted to cover the cost of the event and to support CCS. Runners will be competing for the inaugural Golden Sneaker. There will be a top male and female prize in each competitive category for those who complete the most laps in a one-hour time frame. Bibs will be assigned at registration.

Those who register for the recreational category will be competing against the clock. Complete as many (or as few) laps as you prefer from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.

The first 100 people who register will receive a commemorative key chain.

Central Christian School will NOT be providing water or snacks throughout the race, so please plan accordingly.
