Description
Welcome to the 39th Annual Kiowa Labor Day 5K! This year we are excited to provide the same familiar 5K race tradition, but now with online registration and a virtual 5K option!
Kids 6 and under may participate in the Kids Kuarter can participate at no cost immediately after the completion of the 5K.
Our course is a flat loop on paved streets. It is well-marked with split times given at miles 1 & 2. This course is USATF certified - #94031BG. There is a water stop mid-race, as well as cold water and Gatorade at the finish line. Restroom facilities are also available at the finish line.
Prize drawings will take place at the conclusion of the 5K race. 5K trophies are given to males and females in the following categories:
- Overall - 9 & under, 10-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39
- Overall Masters - 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
- Big Guys (200 lb.) & Gals (160 lb.)
- Middle of the pack, Youngest & Oldest Finisher, 1st Kiowa Finisher
- (Overall and Master winners, as well as Big Guys/Gals participants, are not eligible for age group awards.)
Pre-Registered Packet Pick-Up @ Grace Bible Fellowship will be on Saturday, September 1st from 9am to Noon.
