Rexy Run 5K/10K/ Kids Run

The 4th Annual Rexy Run/Walk is back!
The 10K will start at 7:30AM and the 5K at 7:45AM at the picturesque Broken Arrow Park in southeast Lawrence and will wind thru the Baker Wetlands on a combination of paved concrete trails and fine gravel trails. There are a few small rolling hills to keep the course interesting, but the route is stroller and family friendly!
The 10K is part of KC Running Company's 100K Challenge again!
The Rexy Run will once again have great aide stations for both races, is family friendly, will have great food after the race, and is in a nice park that has a playground for the kids. After the completion of the 10K and 5K we will have a free kids dino dash!
The Rexy Run is hosted by BabyJay's Legacy of Hope, a 501C based out of Lawrence that helps families with children who are fighting cancer. We help offset the extra expenses families have that are not covered by health insurance. For the second year we will be donating a portion of our proceeds directly to a local family who has a child fighting cancer.
