The Fitness Ǝxperience

⚠️All 5K participants will receive a Free Race T-Shirt and a Finisher Medal, however, if you sign up after  April 17th it's not guaranteed you will get your items on race day.⚠️

Join us for a 5K and stick around for Yoga in the Park, MHK BootCamp Gantlet & MHK Community Zumba! We will also have health checks on-site with other vendors that you may be interested in. This event is geared to encourage the MHK community to get and stay active!

Keeping our goal in mind of encouraging a healthy and active lifestyle for all and realizing how important it is to start an active and healthy lifestyle at a young age. We are asking you to 👕 👟bring your no longer used fitness clothing, sports equipment or athletic shoes 🏈 ⚾️ ⚽️ . We will be donating all these items so that children in this area and around the country and even the world can be active. As well a portion of all proceeds from this event will be used to further this effort as well as provide other health and fitness activities. We partnered with USD 383 Fit Closets here in Manhattan & Leveling The Playing Field and currently speaking to other organizations who help get used equipment in the hands of kids who otherwise would not have the ability to play a sport.
