KidsTLC Champions Virtual 5k

Anxiety. Depression. Panic. Trauma. Every day, millions of children and adults experience mental health challenges that interfere with their everyday life. The stigma surrounding the topic of mental health often invokes shame and can prevent people from getting the help they need. Together, we can create a world where members of our community feel empowered and brave when they talk about their struggles. 

If you are passionate about mental health, we invite you to join KidsTLC as we host our inaugural virtual 5K to raise funds and awareness in our effort to end the stigma around mental health! Pick any day starting May 30 - June 27 and run your 5K anywhere you please. Be sure to take a photo, tag @kidstlc on social media and share why you are passionate about mental health. Remember to use #endthestigma! 

Race registration $10/person. Race t-shirt (optional) $15/shirt.
