Running can be intimating. Running a half marathon can be EVEN more intimating. So let us help!
Whether you're new to running, a local legend, or just want a structured program, we're here to help you meet your goals. Training together is more motivation and A LOT more fun.
That's why we're partnering with HOKA to bring you the Conquer the Hill Training Program. This 12-week program will help prepare you to run the Hospital Hill Half Marathon on May 31.
Our plan has you running four days a week with your long run being Saturday morning. Each Saturday we will meet up to run together, encourage one another, and celebrate victories throughout the season.
This plan is designed with newer runners or those returning to running after a long break in mind. This will be a welcoming environment for any and all paces. It doesn't matter how fast or how slow you are. We believe you CAN do this!

May 10 — Longest run at Blackhoof Park
May 29 — City-wide shakeout run with HOKA
May 30 — Pre-race dinner
May 31 — Race day!
