Description
Due to activities surrounding the FIFA World Cup 26™ in Kansas City, the 2026 Hospital Hill Run will be run on an earlier date in May.
Take part in “The Kansas City Running Tradition,” and participate in the Grandfather of all Kansas City Road Races. Join the thousands of runners from across the country and the world who have Conquered the Hill!
All participants receive one-of-a-kind swag, including a unique finisher's medal, participant bib, and a commemorative apparel item. In addition, finishers receive finish-line food and drink, on-course entertainment, a great post-race party, and much more!
For those wanting to share in the tradition but are unable to attend in person, we offer the Hospital Hill Run Virtual Race option for all three distances. We hope that you can experience everything this event has to offer in person. However, we understand that sometimes participating in person is impossible, but you still want to participate in the event and receive our unique swag. Continuing to offer our virtual option is our way of helping you share in the joy virtually!
Mark your calendar for the 53rd Annual Hospital Hill Run...the oldest road race in Kansas City and one of the oldest half-marathons in the country. Remember, you too can experience the "Thrill of the Hill."
