Information
Let your hair down and join us for this fun event recalling the days of peace and love! The event will be held in Corporate Woods and will feature a groovy finishers medal and far out age group and overall awards for the top finishers! This race is part of the Heartland 30K Series that includes the Plaza 10K and Oktoberfest 10K and offers Series participants a chance to pick up an extra Series medal for completing all three Series races!

Where: KC Running Company at 200 East 135th Street in Kansas City, MO
Time:10am-2pm
You can also pick up your bib on race day starting at 6:30am.
Awards
Participants will compete for top overall male and female finishers, top male and female masters finishers, and top three male and female finishers in each of the following age groups: 19 and under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, and 80+.
Heartland 30k Series
The event will be a part of the Heartland 30K series, three 10Ks in three consecutive weekends! The other two races are the Plaza 10K on 9/13 and Oktoberfest 10K on 10/4. Learn more about the Heartland 30K here: www.heartland30K.com
