Description
Join us for a 8 week training program to prep you to run a 10K distance. Whether this is your first time to run a 10K distance or you have ran a 10K before but have been unable to return to that distance due to time constraints or injury, we want to get you confident enough to run a 10K.
We will by using a training schedule built for a group run but able to be personalized to your needs. You will have two group runs a week with a Coach and Mentors available to help with questions, be run partners, and help hold you accountable. One run a week will be on your own but you will be given the distance and expected to complete for that day. Again the schedule can be personalized.
