Sneakers For Santa

Lace up for a little holiday cheer and a whole lot of good! The Sneakers 4 Santa 5K brings the community together at Reynolds Lodge at Lake Shawnee to support Sole Reason’s mission of providing new shoes to children in need. The race route heads north from the lodge, following a path along the scenic lake.

Since 2016, Sole Reason has provided more than 11,000 pairs of shoes to youth in Topeka and Shawnee County, helping children enjoy school, play, and everyday activities with comfort and confidence. This is a great way to celebrate the holiday season by adding joy and smiles for your youngest neighbors.

Come dressed in your favorite holiday attire! Enjoy a costume contest, a gingerbread contest for kids, a bake sale, and activities throughout the day. Be sure to get your picture taken with Mr. and Mrs. Claus!

Runners who register by October 21 will be entered into a drawing for free Kansas City Chiefs tickets!
