Trojan 5K Color Run

Event day is Saturday, September 17 at Jesse D. Lay Elementary. Runners will start to be released at 10:00 am and all participants must be on the Trojan 5K Color Run route no later than 10:30 am.

There will be an “Early Check-in” to pick up your participant kit. Participant kits will include color packet and a t-shirt. Early check-in will be on Friday, September 16th from 3:30 pm – 7:00 pm at Jesse D. Lay Elementary School.

If you can’t make it on Friday, you can check in on Race Day (Saturday). When you arrive, follow the signs to “Check-in” near the ”Start Line” and check-in at the check-in tent. You can pick up your participant kit on Race Day morning from 8:00 am – 9:30 am. Please allow plenty of time for parking and walking to the start line. If you are registering on Race Day, please arrive between 8:00 am – 9:30 am. If you are checking in or registering on event day, we encourage you to show up early.

Registration form and payment can be dropped off at Jesse D. Lay Elementary School any weekday between school hours. If you choose to mail your registration form, make checks payable to Lay PTO. Cash or Check will be accepted. Online registration can also be done online at https://runsignup.com/Race/KY/Barbourville/Trojan5KColorRun. Online registration ends on Thursday, September 15 at 11:59 p.m.
Please remember, if you register later than September 9th, t-shirts will not be guaranteed in your participant kit. To ensure you have a t-shirt, please register by September 9th. After that date, t-shirts will be given while supplies last.
