Race Day Instructions & Early Packet Pickup Schedule Friday, December 12 • 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM: Early Check-In at Burnside City Hall Saturday, December 13 • 8:00 PM – 9:15 PM: Race Check-In/Registration at the General Burnside Island Lower Gravel Lot — please park here • 9:20 PM: Welcome & Instructions at the Start/Finish Line in the Upper Lot • 9:30 PM: Race Begins • 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM: Post-Race Refreshments available in the Upper Lot near the awards area • 10:30 PM: Awards Ceremony & Thank You in the Upper Lot
