McDowell Wellness Center Sprint Triathlon

McDowell Wellness Center's Help Make a Difference Triathlon was rescheduled due to heavy thunderstorms July 27th.  The rescheduled date is  Sunday, Aug 31st, beginning at 8:00 am at McDowell Wellness Center.  It consists of a 300 yard swim, 18.5 mile bike, and a four mile run.  Participants may enter as individuals or put together a team with each member competing in his/her sport.  So whether you swim, bike, or run you can participate and see some of our beautiful bluegrass countryside.  And Help Make a Difference in our community.
